The luxury vinyl plank flooring adds both durability and sophistication.

Maximizing space, the 3-ft. oversized loft includes custom-built floor storage and a sleek plexiglass safety rail. Additional features include two pre-wired wall mount TV locations, 2x4 walls, and 2x6 ceilings built 16” on center for structural integrity.
