This tiny house was built in 2022 by the Tumbleweed company. It is 8 ft. wide and 30 ft. long. The total square footage including the lofts is 393 sq ft. It also includes a 30 gallon water heater. We have comfortably lived in this tiny house for over three years with two children. It has been comfortable to live in with temperatures in the single digits and with temperatures up to 100 degrees with use of the included mini-split. All appliances are included- Washer/Dryer combo, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and induction stovetop. The bathroom also has a bathtub/shower combo. It is currently on wheels and will be easy to transport. It was delivered to us by a Ford F350.
