I purchased this tiny house in 2022. I have used it seasonally as a summer cabin. It is in great used condition. It is move in ready with a few maintenance tasks due like re-sealing the siding and butcher block countertop.
I have loved living in this tiny house and would love to keep it, but my family is expanding--my partner and I are expecting our first child in June.
This home is RVIA certified. Not many tiny homes are. RVIA certification comes with a few benefits:
- You can feel assured you’re getting a product that meets national safety and quality standards
I have had this tiny home moved twice: Maryland to Louisiana and Louisiana to Arkansas. It has traveled excellently.
